It's day 7 of 10 Days In Paris with The Running Channel podcast. Andy, Rick and Sarah are approaching the home straight in this special series, bringing you the latest news from the track and field in Paris.

All eyes were on Noah Lyles as he lined up for the Men's 200m Final to secure a gold medal sweep in the men's sprint double. A sea of orange filled the Stade de France, cheering on Dutch star Femke Bol in her quest for gold in the Women's 400m Final. But as these games have shown us time and time again, anything can happen!
