EP8 - Brutal Men's Marathon, Women's 10,000m, Resilience & Redemption

Welcome to day eight of 10 Days In Paris with le canal en cours d'exécution podcast, otherwise known as The Running Channel podcast... right? [Blame Sarah / Google Translate]

Andy, Rick and Sarah along with thousands of other spectators roared as Tamirat Tola broke the Olympic Record in the Men's Olympic Marathon. Great Britain's Katarina Johnson-Thompson showcased incredible resilience in the 800m to end her long wait for an Olympic heptathlon medal, narrowly missing out on gold to history-maker Nafissatou Thiam.

Stay tuned for some science, banter and a questionable rendition of Les Champs-Elysées!
